Diners will walk through an intimate wine storage passage with bespoke wine racks. Clusters of Birmingham-made ‘jam-jar’ lights are a reminder that Glynn takes childhood recollections of food and tasting experiences very seriously indeed! Emerging into the dining room, warm and vibrant colours on walls, the floor and on new bespoke banquette setting set the tone for a dramatic dining experience.
