We were instructed to carry out a substantial refurbishment of this family home, decorating internally throughout and also including the works to the exterior of the entire building. Additionally, we have provided some new pieces of furniture and soft furnishings in order to change the feel of certain key areas. Previously, the interior had completely painted walls, so we have introduced a number of wallcoverings to provide enhanced textures and add warmth, reflecting the client’s requirement for a subtle change to the overall feel of the property.
Our client asked us to project manage the work from concept to completion, obtaining tendered quotations for the refurbishments and subsequent nomination of the main contractor. We worked closely with this company to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget.
